Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation Southern Regional Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Office Furniture’s & Equipments.

1.      The Tender remain floating from November 23, 2009 until to December 14, 2009. Bid documents can be obtained from Addis Ababa ETC’s FIXED LINE Leghar Building 3^rd floor Office Room No. 332 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) for each Bid Number. Bidders should submit all their renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.  

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 1% from their total bidding amount i.e. not exceeded than Birr, 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr).

3.      The bid bond must be in one of the following form:

a.      Cash

b.     Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or

c.      Bank guarantee from recognized Bank.

4.      Bidders who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash required to deposit to ETC Fixed Line Legehar Building underground cashier before, December 14, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. and produce the receipt during the bid opening.

5.      Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at 3^rd floor Room No. 320 on or before, December 14, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC, Fixed Line Legehar Building 4^th Floor Room No. 420 on December 15, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

7.      Full or Partial bid is allowed.

8.      The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
