1. Tender

Floor or Mekelle Messebo Cement Expansion Project effect from the
day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00

Bids should be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or
before 40th day of the first announcement of this
invitation for bid on The Ethiopian Herald and The reporter media
and communication center 4:30 p.m. and would be addressed and marked as follows:

3. Bids
shall be submitted in two separate envelopes: 1 Technical envelope
each having one original and one copy.
Bids will be opened on the 41st
day of the first announcement of this invitation for bid on The
Ethiopian Herald and The reporter media and communication center
10:00 a.m. in the presence of interested bidders or representatives who choose to
attend to the above mentioned office.
4. Messebo
Cement Expansion Project reserves the right to reject any or all any
