Development (BoFED) Strengthening Regional Development Planning in
Oromia Regional Project (SRDPO).
1. This
invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for the
Project that participates in Development Activities, issue no. SRDPO/NCB/03/2009.
2. At
Oromia Bureau of Finance and Economic Development, Strengthening
Regional Development Planning in Oromia Regional Project (SRDPO),
now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the
Supply and Delivery of the following IT Equipments. Bidders have the
option to bid for one or more lots.

3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Finance
and Economic Development Bureau and inspect the Bidding Documents at
the address given below from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 2:00 to
5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
4. A
complete set of bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders upon the payment of non-refundable fee birr 20.00
(Birr Twenty).
5. Bids
must be delivered to the address below before 10:00 a.m. on 2nd
December 2009 or before 4:00 o’clock Hidar 23, 2002 E.C. Bids will
be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend in person at 10:30 a.m. on 2nd
December 2009 or at 4:30 Hidar 23, 2002 E.C.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” amount of 2% of the
offered Bid Price.
