The Amhara Credit & Saving Institute
(ACSI) now invites sealed
bid for provision of consultancy service for design of ACSI
supplementary office building at Bahir Dar.
1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from ACSI, P.O. Box
417, Tel. 058 220 16 51, Fax 058 220 17 33
2. Tender
document may be obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the
submission of written application to the ACSI and upon
non-refundable payment of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) during the
official working hours upon presentation of certificate of
registration on the service providers and currently renewed trade
license.
3. Wax-sealed
bid document (one original and one copy) shall be delivered for both
prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document
separately. Drawings and design report for competition entry and all
necessary related documents shall be delivered separately.
4. All
bids must be delivered to the Amhara Credit & Saving Institute at
Bair Dar before 12:00 a.m. of 20th working day beginning from the first date of
advertisement, if the 20th working day is not a working
day the submission date will be the next working day at
12:00 a.m
5. All
prequalification (Technical), priced (Financial) document and all
necessary related documents for Drawings and design report for
competition entry shall be in separate sealed envelopes and must
accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of 1% of the
total bid amount in separate envelope.
6. Pre
qualification (Technical) documents and all necessary related
documents for Drawings and design report for competition entry will
be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to
attend of on the 20th working day beginning from the
first date of advertisement at 2:00 p.m. time, if the 20th
working day is not a working day the opening date will be the next
working day at 2:00 p.m. at the office of Amhara Credit & Saving
Institute at Bahir Dar.
7. Bidders
could request advance payment up to 30% of the total bid price by
providing advance payment guarantee. But for those bidders who did
not request advance payment 2% qualifying criteria will be added.
8. Rejection
Criteria: The employer will reject the bidder whose bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.
1. Bidders
should attach/ present currently renewed Trade License, & renewed
registration Certificate to the technical document.
2. Bidder
should submit one original & one copy for all Technical, financial
document and all necessary related documents for Drawing and design
report for competition entry separately sealed envelope.
9. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT registration
10. The
successful bidders shall furnish 10% Performance bond from the total
bid amount.
11. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
