Procurement of
Wooden board, Chipwood and Zigba Batten
Ethiopian Telecommunications
Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
procurement of Local and Imported Wooden Board, Chipwood and Zigba
Batten.
1. The
Tender remains floating from Nov. 23, 2009, until Dec. 14, 2009. Bid
Documents can be obtained from ET C’s Head Office Room No. 206
during working days from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should
submit their renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies
when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security in the amount of
Birr 5,000.00 (Birr Five Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank, or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC’s Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311 before Dec.15,
2009, 10:00 A.M. and produce the
receipt during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st floor Room No.110 on or before Dec. 14,
2009, 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No.111 on Dec. 15, 2009 at
10:00 A.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
