3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the or on National tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
form Construction Design Share Company and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from
8:30 hrs to 16:30 hrs
local time.
5. A
complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased as the Hidar 15,
2002 E.C. by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written
application, VAT, Ministry of Works & Urban Development registration
certificate, Trade License & Bid participation Supporting letter at
the address below at 7b up on payment of a non-refundable fee.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 10:00
a.m. Tahisas 15, 2002 E.C.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopia Birr 100,000.00 payable on first demand. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 10:30 a.m. Tahisas
15, 2002 E.C.

e). The bidders shall seal the
Original, Bid Security and all copies of the bid document in five
inner envelops i.e. (Technical proposal, Financial Offer and Bid
security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes
as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” both for “The Technical Proposal” and
“Financial Offer” Copy documents should be photo copy of the
original bid document.
8. The
Gondar University has the right to
reject any or all bids.

Bidders should sign and seal all
forms of ITB & return with the bid document. Failure to do so
results as non-responsive.
Partial rebate, like fixed sum and
rebate on some items is not acceptable
Bidders who needs to participate in
more than one lot should fulfill the sum of annual turnover &
experience requirement amounts specified for each bid.
