1. The
Somali Regional State Health Bureau has secured budget from the
government treasury.
It is intended that a part of budget
will be used for procurement of the following lots.
Lot I Standard Furniture’s for
Shilabo and Jalqp Health Center
Lot II Standard furniture’s for K/Daahar Hospital
2. The
Somali Regional State Health Bureau invites sealed bids from
eligible Suppliers. Bidders are required to provide a valid trade
license from the appropriate government body suppliers list from
MOFED/BOFED, VAT registration certificate.
3. Bidding
document may be purchased at Somali Regional State Health Bureau,
Tel. 025 775 20 22/775 24 72/775 28 44, Fax 025 775 24 65, for
non-refundable fee of 200 Birr during the government working hours.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 2% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank Guarantee and shall be delivered to Somali
Regional State Health Bureau on or before 21 day after the date of
Newspaper announcement.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/ representatives who
choose to attend at 10:00 a.m. on 21 day after the date of Newspaper announcement at Somali Regional
Health Bureau, Jijiga,
Ethiopia.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
