Therefore,
1. Interested
bidders should provide VAT registration certificate, renewed legal
Trade license and certificate to participate in governmental bid and
Tax Identification Number certificate.
2. Bidders
should provide a bid bond amounting of two percent of contract
amount in the form of Cash or CPO.
3. Bidders
should submit the bid bond amounting of two percent of contract
amount in the form of Cash or CPO.
4. Bidders
should purchase the detail bid document by paying non-refundable 100
Birr for each from TS Construction Administration Units as addressed
below.
5. The
bid will be closed in the 10th day staring from this date of
announcement at 12:00 A.M. local time and at the same day the bid
will be opened at 2:00 P.M. local time with the presence of bidders
or their legal representatives, if the 10th date is not a working
day it will postpone to the next working day.
6. The
corporation reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
