Invitation to Express Interest in
Consultancy Services of Road Segments
(National Competitive Bidding)
The Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia. Office of
the Road Fund has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the
proceeds of these funds towards the cost of Consultants Services for
the under mentioned projects.
The Ethiopian Roads Authority now
invites suitably qualified bides to submit sealed expressions of
interest for the subject Services.

Expressions of interest will be
evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement Proclamation of
the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Participation is open to all national
eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may
submit expressions of interested to Ethiopian Roads Authority in
three copies by completing the required information on the
expression of Interest Submission Forms. The Forms can be obtained
from ERA main building Office of Engineering Services Procurement
the Branch, 1st Floor, Room NO. 108, Free of charge.
The expression of interest shall
comprise the following information:
Experience of bridge and road
projects with services type, structure/ pavement type, span (in m)
length (in km) and all their necessary descriptions.
Annual consultancy services turnover
Permanent personnel related to the
service
Company establishment (Technical and
managerial organization of the firm, Brochures, Office, Vehicles,
Material Laboratory, Computers, Software, Surveying Equipment and
Core business and year in the business), and;
Eligibility documents.
Each Interested bidder shall submit
one EOI in three copies for all services explicitly specifying for
which project(s) the firm is applying in its submission letter and
shall include all the relevant experiences related to each service
the firm is applying.
Expressions of interest must be
delivered to the address below at or before December 03, 2009 at
4:30 p.m. Late submissions may be rejected.
N.B:
Bidders who would like to participate
in association shall indicate the form of association speciation
specifically.
