Swivel Chair with out arm, Table “A” type, Table “B” type, Table “C”
type Table “D” type.
1. The
Tender remain floating from November 30/11/2009 until December
21/12/2009. Bid documents can be obtained from East Addis Ababa Zone New Bright
Building 3rd floor room No. 306 during office hours up on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 /Thirty Birr/. Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT registration
certificate with copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 4000.00
(Four Thousand Birr only).
3. The
bond must be in either of the following form:
A. Certified
Cheque (CPO)
B. Issued
by recognized Bank or Bank Guarantee from recognized Bank
4. Bidders
are required to deposit at New Bright Building 3rd
floor before December 21/12/2009, 4:00 p.m. and produce the receipt
during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should prepared their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and in the box
situated at ETC/EAAZ office Room No. 402 on December 22/12/2009
before 4:00 p.m.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC/EAAZ office Room No. 402 on December
22/12/2009 at 10:00 a.m.
7. The
corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids .
