Construction Bid Announcement
Floating Date as of November 22, 2009
1. The
National Bank of Ethiopia invites eligible Grade 3 & above Building
or General Contractors for the procurement of works for the
Renovation of its Office Building (G+9 Building) as described in the
bid document.
2. Interested
eligible bidders should provide all the necessary legal & supporting
documents (Renewed License, VAT registration Certificate, Tax Payers
Certificate & other related documents).
3. A
complete set of Bidding Document may be obtained by interested
bidders at the address below upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 200.
4. Bids
must be delivered to the address below on or before the 15th day of
the first announcement of this Bid. All bids must be accompanied by
a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred
Thousand only). The bid security shall be in the form of CPO or Bank
guarantee.
5. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope on or before
December 07, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. and the bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the
address below on the same date December 07, 2009 at 02:30 P.M. Late
bids shall be rejected.
6. National
Bank of Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.

Building.
b) Bids
must be delivered to: Procurement Division, 6th floor of the New NBE
Building.
c) Bid
Opening: will be held, 6th floor of the New NBE Building.
