1. West
Arisi Health Office invitation interested Bidder for the Supply of
Furniture.
2. The
Bid Document Shall be obtained from West Arsi Health Office against
Payment of non-refundable of fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) up on
presentation of copy of registration & license certificate for the
current year and VAT registration certificate.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of at least 1% of Bid
amount in acceptable CPO valid for 90 calendar days and must be
delivered to West Arsi Zone Health Office on or before December
16/2009 at 9:00 A.M.
4. Bids
will be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who choose to attend in the same date at 10:00 A.M.
o’clock west Arsi Zone Health Office.
5. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
