The Amhara National Regional State
Food Security Coordination and Disaster Prevention of office would
like to invites all eligible bidders for procurement of consultancy
service to undertake End-User Evaluation of World Bank assisted
project in Amhara Region.
Eligible bidders must have:
1. Renewed
trade license, VAT registration & TIN certificate in its technical
offer envelope.
2. Bid
document must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of the total bid
value in the form of CPO in separate wax-sealed envelope.
3. Bid
document shall be obtained from Bahir Dar office, Room No. 27 up on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred) during
office hours.
4. Bidders
are instructed to submit separate wax-sealed technical and financial
procurement separately.
5. Bid
closing date shall be at 4:00 p.m. local time on the 10th
calendar days counted from the first announcement and shall be
opened on the same date at 4:30 p.m. local time in the presence of
the bidders or legal representatives.
IF The closing & opening date is not
a working day the opening date shall be the next working day.
The office reserve the right to
reject the bid in full or partially.
