COMPLETE CEMENT PLANT ON EPC BASIS
Habesha Cement Share Co., newly
formed company by more than 14,700 shareholders with a business
objective of entering the Ethiopian Cement Market, has finalized the
first phase of raising the equity required to start the
implementation of the project.
The initial phase of the project is
building a modern high capacity Cement Plant some 35km West of Addis
Ababa Close to Holeta town.
Pursuant to its business objective,
Habesha Cement invites competent cement plant suppliers to bid for
design, procurement, supply, construction and erection work of a
3,000 tcpd plant on E.C basis.
Interested companies can collect he
complete set of tender document from Habesha Cement Head Office,
Ethio-China Friendship Road, Kirkos Sub-City, Kebele 04, and
Ambassel Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, starting
from 23rd November 2009 during working hours, upon
submission of registered trade license and payment of 500 Birr.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of 500,000.00 USD or 360,000.00 Euro and shall be delivered
in wax-sealed envelope.

7th of January 2010 at 14:00 hours in the afternoon,
local time.
Bids shall be opened on 7th
of January 2010 at 15:00 hours local time, in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives.
