Prevision
South Water Works Construction
Enterprise is established by proclamation No. 7, 1996 as government
water works construction enterprise by SNNPRG. The Enterprise is
profit oriented and has head office in Awassa and use double entry
accounting system in source documents for three consecutive years
1997, 1998 & 1999 E.C. in accordance with the following guidelines
attached herewith.
The license of the participant should
be renewed for the year 2001 E.C.
The bidder shall submit bid bond 2%
of the total quotation price in CPO
The financial and technical document
should be presented in separate envelop during offer.
Wax-sealed bid document should be
submitted up to Hidar local time the participant should state the
time required to perform the audit & enclose any other necessary
information, (C.V. Credential, etc.) That explains the qualification
and the experience of the staff.
Evaluation rate would be 50% price,
40% technical and 10% non-technical.
The enterprise reserves the right to
accept, reject or/and cancel the bid
The bidders could see the documents
at the head office of the enterprise in Awassa in between the above
indicated dates and working hours.
