The Addis Ababa City Cleansing
Administration Agency (AACCAA) invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of the following goods.
Lot I. 100 Motor Cycles
Lot II. 4 Pick-Ups Double Cab 4WD
1. Interested
eligible bidders, or their representatives may obtain further
information at the office of Cleaning Administration Agency,
Government Finance and Procurement Administration of AACCAA located
around Medhanialem senior high school near Ras Hailu youth sports &
recreation center, during normal working hours.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased upon presentation
of copies of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payer’s registration
certificate, up on payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 Birr.
3. All
bids must e accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,001- 100,000 in
the form of bank guarantee, CPO or certified check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in a wax-sealed envelope with a statement “DO NOT
OPEN BEFORE January 14/2010”
Bids will be closed on January
13/2010 at 5:00 p.m. local time
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m.
local time on January 14, 2010 at Government Finance and Procurement
Administration office of AACCAA
5. The
AACCAA reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
