AMENDMENT TO THE INVITATION TO BID
NOTICE ANNOUNCED ON
“THE ETHIOPIAN HERALD” DATED Nov. 19/ 2009
(INVITATION TO BID 03/2009)
(Iron and manganese removal plant construction in Addis Ababa Region
around Gojam-Ber area)
Among the 12 clauses announced in
the original invitation to bid, the following clause has been
amended to specify the grade of the General Contractor.
3, The bid documents (prepared in
English Language only) shall be purchased from Procurement & Mat.
Mgt. office against payment of non-refundable sum of birr 200.00
during office hours upon presentation of registration certificate
from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of Ethiopia, Civil
construction license showing grade 6 or above, renewed trade
license for the current year & VAT registration certificate.
All other terms and conditions of the
invitation remain the same.
