making organization with a head office based in North Carolina, USA
working to improve women’s lives through a focus on reproductive
health.
Ipas Ethiopia invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders with Ipas bid no. NCB/Ipas02/2009 for the
provision of Infection Prevention (IP) materials (e.g. surgical
gloves, gown, eye goggles…….) and Family Planning Essential Kits
(e.g. forceps, scissors, peculum, tanaculum…………)
Interested eligible bidders may
obtain further information from Ipas Ethiopia office and inspect the
bidding document at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Local time).
A complete set of Bidding Document in
English Language can be purchase by interested bidders upon payment
of non-refundable Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) Payment method for the
purchase of document will be in cash.
Bids must e delivered to the address
below on or before 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2009 Late bids will be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/
bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at 10:30
a.m. on December 15, 2009. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid
Security” of not less than 2% of the total bid in the form of
certified Cheque (CPO) in the name of Ipas Ethiopia.
Ipas reserves the right to reject any
or all bids.
