2. A
complete set of bidding document may be taken from the above office
by any interested and eligible bidder that specify the lot number
and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr)
Per lot.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of he total price
in the form of CPO or ACCEPTABLE BANK GUARANTEE (Insurance bond is
not acceptable) and must be delivered to the above office on or
before 10:00 A.M. on the bid opening date.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend eth bid opening at 10:30 A.M. on Dec. 10, 2009
5. A
sealed original & copy offer documents with indication Original &
Copy written on the envelopes.
6. The
technical & financial document should be presented separately having
their own envelops.
7. Bidders
should present 2002 renewed Trade License, relevant to this Tender.
8. All
bidders should be VAT registered.
9. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
bids.
