1. Water
Action invites interested bidders for the Supply of Different PVC
Pipes & Fittings for Wulbareg-Sankura Woedas Water Supply, Health
and Environmental Development Project:
2. The
Bid Document shall be obtained from Water Action Head Office
located, Around Lem Hotel, Hotel, near to Miracle College, P.O. Box
13367, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel. 0116631789 Or 6631790 during
Office Hour upon payment of Birr 50.00 & Presentation of
registration certificate from the Federal Ministry of Finance,
renewed trade license for the year &VAT registration certificate.
3. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% of the bid price in the
form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. Bid bond in any other form shall not
be acceptable.
4. Bidders
are invited to submit Financial and Technical Proposals of one
original and one copy enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to Water
Action on or Before 2:00 P.M. local time on 10 December 2009.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives at the Conference Hall of Water Action at 3:00 P.M.
local time on 10 December 2009.
6. If
the Supplier is not Manufacturer, he should provide singed and if
possible stamped suppliers Authorization from the manufacturer.
7. Failure
to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in
automatic rejection.
8. Water
Action reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
