1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid documents from Our branch office up on
payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred) from the date of
issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald and The Reporter News
Papers.
2. Bidders
must submit a photocopy of currently renewed and valid business
license.
3. All
bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total
price offered for the materials in the form of bank guarantee or CPO
(insurance bond is not acceptable).
4. Bidders
should submit their offer referring bid no. MPF 021/6074/03/09 in a
wax-sealed envelope indicating technical & financial offers
separately up to December 17, 2008 until 2:00 p.m.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
on December 18, 2008 at 2:30 p.m.
