Share Company hereby invites eligible bidders for the supply of:
1. Permanent
magnets D.C Servomotor
2. Generator
tropical zed alternator continues duty engine 400KW/500 KVA/50HZ
Under the following terms and
conditions:
1. The
bid documents shall be obtained from Addis Ababa branch office
Ambassador Theater against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00
(One Hundred Birr) during office hrs.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
bid prices in the form of bank guarantee or CPO or cash.
3. Bid
documents shall be submitted into two sealed separate envelopes i.e.
Technical and Financial proposal.
4. Bid
bond, renewed trade license and certificates shall be submitted
within Technical proposal envelope.
5. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before 27th
November 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the above mentioned branch office.
6. Bid
will be opened on same date of at 2:30 p.m. in the presence of
bidders or their representatives.
7. Bid
can be furnished for partial or full line items.
8. Late
arrival of bid document shall not be accepted and returned un
openly.
9. The
Share Co. has a right to accept or to reject partial or the total
bids if the best alternatives have been prevailed.
