The Somali Regional State Livestock
Crop & Rural Development Bureau (SRSLCRDB) invites all interested
eligible bidders for procurement of:
Lot 1 Animal health laboratory
equipment
Lot 2 Irrigation tools
Lot 3 Small Scale Irrigation Materials
1. Eligible
bidders may obtain the bid document for the Bureau Room No.2,
General Services Office against payment of non-refundable Birr 100
for each Lot during office hours from the date of announcement.
2. This
invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of
their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be
determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the biding
documents. The bidding document is prepared in English language.
3. Bids
must accompany with a bid security of 2% of the total amount for
each Lot.
The bid security should be either in
a form of Cash or Certified Cheque (CPO) issued by recognized bank
or Bank Guarantee from recognized bank
4. Bids
must be delivered to Administration Office Room No. 10 before the
closing date on 27/3/20020 at 11:00 a.m.
5. Bids
will be opened on 27/3/2002 at 2:45 p.m. in the LCRDB conference hall located 1st floor Room no. 3;
in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose
to attend.
6. The
Bureau reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
