Invitation to Express Interest in the
preparation of Cadastre
The Bureau of Urban Development,
Trade and Industry has allocated funds and intends to apply part of
the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of the preparation of
cadastre for the towns of Wukro, Axum, adwa, Maychew and Sheraro.
The Bureau now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed
expressions of interest for the cadastre preparation for the towns
mentioned above.
The major activities of the
assignment includes graphic and non-graphic data integration, system
development, Local Area Networking and staff training for the town
of Wukro; and conduct parcel based physical surveying, collect
socio-economic data, system development, Local Area Networking and
Staff training for the towns of Axum, Adwa, Maychew and Sheraro.
Interested consultants should submit
a document that include a company profile, available staff with CVs
signed by the CV holder, experience and/or client recommendations in
similar assignments, renewed professional license, tax receipts. VAT
registration with monthly declaration, and Taxpayer Identification
Number (TIN) among others.
Expressions of interest will be
evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement Proclamation of
the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Participation is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may
submit expressions of interest to the Bureau of Urban Development,
Trade and Industry, including a brief document that express their
company.
Expressions of interest must be
delivered to the address mentioned below with in ten working days
since the publication of the newspaper.
Late submissions shall be rejected.
