1. The
Federal HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control Office has funds to be used
for the procurement of:
10 Units of personal computer with
17” colour monitor
1 Unit of Server with 17” colour monitor
1 Unit of UPS for server
10 UPS for computers
1 Unit of printer
1 Unit of Scanner
1 Unit of Broadband connection
10 pcs. of wireless network card
2. Bidders
should provide copies of relevant and valid trade license as well as
registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at HAPCO Procurement Team, Dembel City Center, 9th Floor, Bole
Road. Tel. 0115-50 37 55, Fax-0115-50 33 95.
4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid price in the form of CPO, certified cheque or a bank
guarantee and must be delivered to the delivered to the above
address on or before 10:00 A.M. December 3, 2009.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives
at 10:30 A.M. on December 3, 2009 at the
conference room of HAPCO. Late bids will re rejected.
7. HAPCO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
