1. National
Alcohol & Liqour Factory (NALF) invites the entire eligible local
contractors to submit the qualification information and bid offer to
under take the construction of compound fence project 115m long.
2. Bidders
with valid license shall obtain a complete set of bidding documents,
by written application, from NSLF head office which addressed below
upon the payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred).
3. The
copies of financial proposal (Bid offer) and technical proposal
(qualification information) shall be submitted in separate
wax-sealed envelopes labeled “Original and Copy”. The Bid bond which
values 2% of the total offer shall be submitted along with bidding
documents.
4. Bidders
must meet the minimum qualification criteria for their bid offers to
be opened. Unqualified bidder’s bid offer will be returned unopened
to the bidder.
5. The
closing date is Nov. 20/2009 at 10:00 a.m. local time and the offer
shall be opened on the same date at 11:30a.m. local time in the
conference hall of the factory on the presence of bidders or their
legal representatives.
6. This
invitation is open to all local contractors on category GC5 or BC4
and above.
7. NALF
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
