Oromia Regional Health Bureau (ORHB)
invites interested eligible bidders for procurement of consultancy
service.
1. Oromia
Regional Health Bureau (ORHB) obtained a budget from the Regional
Government of Oromia and would like to procure consultancy service
for Regional Health Bureau towards the cost of Health Sector
Development Program (HSDP). It is intended that part of the Proceeds
of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the
contract for the procurement of consultancy service.
2. The
ORHB now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
procurement of consultancy service on Trachoma Prevalence Survey.
More details on the services are provided on the RFP (Reference for
proposal).
3. The
bid is opened to eligible consultants that are selected by the
client to take part in this bid. All selected bidders must have
renewed trade license & consultancy service certificate valid for
2002 Ethiopian Calendar & should present VAT registration & Tax
payer Registration Number.
4. Prospective
bidders shall meet the minimum qualification requirements/ criteria
indicated in the bid documents.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement & Finance
Administration Sub Process, Oromia Health Bureau Building No. 3,
Floor No. 3, P.O. Box 24341, Kirkos Kifle Ketema
around Sare Botoch, Tel. 0911-34-59-94 Or 0911-45-49-22, Addis Ababa
(Finfinnee), Ethiopia.
6. Bids
must be delivered to office of Administration & Finance Process
before 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon opened on
11/03/2002 and must be accompanied by a security of not less than 1%
of the Bid Amount in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
from a reputable bank.
7. A
complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by
interested bidders as of 26/02/2002 to 10/03/2002 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during
office hours up on payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 100 to ORHB
Procurement and Property Administration Sub Process.
8. The
bid will opened at the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on at 3:30 p.m. local time.
9. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
10. The
bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
