2. The
Bid document shall be obtained from Procurement Process cited at
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Nefas Silk Branch New Building (Saris) 3rd
Floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One
Hundred Birr) only during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 –
12:00 a.m., 1:00 – 4:00 pm.; and Saturday 8:00 – 11:30
a.m.).Presentation of copy of renewed Trade License, Registration
Certificate from the concerned authority, and VAT Registration
Certificate is a must.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of
Procurement Process, P.O. Box 255, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel. 443
09 39/443 07 12, Fax 443 08 57.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Birr
80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand Birr) in the form of Bank Guarantee or
Cash Payment Order (CPO). Bid bond in any other form is not
acceptable.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose
before December 3, 2009, 10:00 a.m. in the above mentioned address.
6. Bid
opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend, on December 3, 2009 at 10:30
a.m.
7. Failure
to comply any of the conditions from (2) to (6) above shall result
in automatic rejection.
8. The
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
