Invitation for Consultancy Services
for
Computerized Road Data Base System and Roadmap
Study of Dire Dawa
1. The
Dire Dawa Roads Authority invites all eligible bidders to submit bid
offer for computerized road data base system study under the
jurisdication of Dire Dawa.
2. Interested
bidders in Category 4 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian budget year can obtain a complete set of bidding document
from Dire Dawa roads authority Dire Dawa, up on payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred).
3. For
the project bidders are required to present certificate of value
added Tax (VAT) registration. Tax (VAT) registration. Taxpayer
Identification Number (TIN) and also respective Inland Revenue
Authority.
4. For
the project duplicate copies of Bid offer with separate Technical
Qualification Document and Financial proposal Document in wax-sealed
envelopes, labeled as Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid
box along with a Bid security in an acceptable form amounting not
less than 1% of bid offer on or before 7th day of December, 2009 at
10:00 A.M. at the Dire Dawa Administration Roads Authority, Dire
Dawa.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of Dire
Dawa Roads Authority.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
