Ethiopian Commodity Exchange
Authority /ECEA/ invites eligible bidders for the Supply of Software
with customization and application development services.
1. Bidders
may obtain documents against non-refundable payment of Birr 50.00
from ECEA; Procurement, Finance & Property Management Dep’t, 5th
Floor-Room No. 505 at the old Coffee & Tea Authority Building
2. Bid
documents must be accompanied by bank guarantee or CPO of 2% of the
bid offer.
3. Bidders
are required to deliver certification of renewed Trade license from
Ministry of Finance license and other legal relevant documents.
4. The
bid document is to be submitted in wax-sealed envelope enclosed with
Financial and Technical proposals separately and mention the type of
service with in consecutive days starting from the 2nd
day of announcement during working hours before or the 15th
day before 10:00 a.m. and the bids will be opened on the same date
at 10:30 a.m. at the conference hall in the ECEA building in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
5. If
the 15th day of announcement is during weekend or public
holyday, the bid will be closed and opened on the next working day
at the same time.
6. Ethiopia
Commodity Exchange Authority reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all bids.
