GOAL Ethiopia, an International
Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the Construction of Rain Water Harvest project in West
Harrarghe Zone, Darolobo Woreda at Boyido Kebele in School Compound.
All contractors of category G.C. /W.W.C,
G7 & above who have valid licenses for the current year can
obtain a complete set of bidding document from GOAL Ethiopia West
Harrarghe Project Office, Mechara/Darolobo Woreda Starting form
the first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian Herald upon
submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable
fee of Birr 50.00 (Birr Fifty only) during office hours.

Duplicate copies of Bid Offer shall
be produced in separate wax-sealed envelopes labe,ed as Original and
Copy. The original bid document should also contain copies of
company renewed license, VAT registration certificate and tax
payer’s identification certificate. Technical Offer shall be made in
a third wax-sealed envelope clearly labeled as Technical Offer. The
three envelopes shall then be sealed in a singed, sealed and waxed
outer envelope, address into the box ready for bid document
collection before Monday, November 23, 2009, 04:00 P.M. to the
address specified below.
The bid will be opened at GOAL
Ethiopian Herald Office in the presence of bidders and/or their
legal representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday, 24th November
2009 at 10:00 A.M.GOAL Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
