1. The
Oromia Mass Media Organization invites interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of complete set virtual on –air studio system
hard ware equipment, soft ware and service. The system should be
complete package with soft ware for graphics and animation deigned
and shall be completely compatible with existing studio facility.
The video/audio input/output formats shall support all know
international and industry standards. The bidder shall supply
install, test and give training.
2. The
bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes (technical and
financial proposal).
3. Photo
copy of renewed license, VAT and performance certificates should be
submitted within the envelope of technical proposal.
4. Bidders
can obtain bid documents from Oromia Mass Media Organization Adama
office or oromia information bureau Addis Ababa (cherher) before
or/on December 07, 2009 during office hours against payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred).
5. Sealed
bids marked as “for the supply of Complete set virtual on air studio
system hared ware equipment, soft ware and service to Oromia Mass
Media Organization” and addressed to:

6. Bids
should be accompanied by Bid security of 1% of the total bid amount
in the form of Certified Cheque CPO or bank guarantee.
7. Bids
will be received at Oromia Mass Media Organization at Adma office
before or on December 07, 2009 until 3:00 P.M. & bidders should provide one original and two copies of technical &
financial document. Bids received after closing time will be
automatically rejected.
8. Bids
received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be
opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on December 07, 2009 at 3:30 P.M. at Adama Office.
9. The
Organization reserves the right to reject all or all part of the
bid.
