1. The
Oromia Mass Media Organization invites interested and eligible
bidders for the supply of complete set (Transmitter and receiver)
digital Microwave field to TV studio link that can have at least 4
video input/output. The bidder shall supply, install, test and give
training.
2. The
bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and
financial proposals.
3. Photocopy
of renewed license, VAT and performance certificates should be
submitted within the envelope of technical proposal.
4. Bidders
can obtain bid documents from Oromia Mass Meida Organization Adama
office before or/on November 23, 2009 during office hours against
payment or non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty)
5. Sealed
bids marked as “for the supply of complete set (Transmitter and
receiver) digital Microwave field to TV studio link to Oromia Mass
Media Organization” and addressed to:

6. Bids
should be accompanied by Bid Security of 1% of the total bid amount
in the form of certified Cheque CPO or bank guarantee.
7. Bids
will be received at Oromia Mass Media Organization at Adama office
before or on November 23, 2009 until 3:00 P.M. & bidders should provide one original and two copies of technical and
Financial document. Bids received after closing time will be
automatically rejected.
8. Bids
received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be
opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives on November 23, 2009 at 3:30 P.M. at Adama Office.
9. The
Organization reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
