suppliers to participate in the Tender which is floated for the
purchase of a Diesel Generator.

Bidders can obtain complete Bid
Document from the Enterprise free of charge.
All bids should
be enclosed in wax-sealed envelope and accompanied by a Bid Security
Bond of Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand) in CPO made in favor of AACCSA-Exhibition
Center & Market Development Enterprise or in cash and must be
delivered to the Enterprise along with the Bidding Price.
Bidders should present
their Technical Document (which will be opened first) and The
Document of Bidding Prices separately in sealed and duty stamped
envelopes to the Enterprise on or before 28 October 2009 at 4:00
P.M. and insert in the Bidding Box prepared for this particular
tender.
The bid will be
officially opened in 28 October at 4:30 P.M. in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives.
The Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject or modify all or part of the bid.
