Boreholes drilling
The Lutheran World Federation- World Service, Ethiopian
Program (LWF-ET)invites all interested and eligible
Bidders for drilling of :
A) 2
borholes at Duba and
Robelieh Kebeles of Chifra Woreda of Afar Regional State.
B) 1
borehole at Duba Village
with a maximum depth of 120 and the othe one at Robelich village
with a maximum depth of 120m by using Rotary Ring with Air and mud
drilling machine.
Location Both sites are located in
Chifra Woreda, Afar Regional State 550 kms far from Addis Ababa
1. Bid
document shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100 (One Hundred) from the Lutheran World Federation-Ethiopia
Program Head Office Addis Ababa, located at Amist Kilo, opposite to
the Engineering Faculty of AAU.
2. The
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid
amount to be submitted in the form of CPO or bank guarantee or
Insurance guarantee.
3. bid
must be submitting to the Lutheran World Federation in wax-sealed
envelope at the tender box situated at the main gate of the
organization before the closing date and time November 5, 2009 at
04:30p.m.
4. Bids
will be opened on November 6, 2009 at 10:00a.m. in the Lutheran World Federation Head Office,
Addis Ababa in the presence of all
bidders or their legal representatives.
5. LWF-ET
reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
