NOTICE INVITING TENDER
FOR DISPOSAL OF USED /UNSED MATERIALS ON
AS IS WHERE IS BASIS

IRCON International Limited, a Government of India Undertaking, under Ministry of Raiways have been awarded World Bank funded Dera Mechara Road Upgrading Project, Contract No.1 (Dera –Chole –Magna) by Ethiopian Roads Authority in Ethiopia. The awarded works have been completed and therefore IRCON intends to dispose following used/unused materials on “As is where is basis”.

1.      Unused Corrugated Galvanzied Iron Pipes & Perforated concrete Pipes

2.      Used Plants & Equipments (Local Purchase)

3.      Used Computers & its accessories

4.      Used Office & House Furniture

5.      Used Tyres & Batteries

6.      Iron Scrap Material

Tender documents will be available for sale from 17,02,2010 to 03, 2010. Interested parties may collect tender document on any working day by payment of ETB 50.00 (Birr Fifty Only) per document from Ircon at following addresses:

1.     House No. 772, P.O. Box 1681 Code-1250, Bole Sub City Kebele 01, Near Fikir Selam Acadamy, Addis Ababa (Phone No. 11-6188457)

2.     Ircon’s Project office (Site Camp), 16.5 kms Dera towards Sire on DERA-SIRE ROAD, 43.5 kms Nazareth.

All relevant information would be available in the tender documents. The used /unused materials offered for sale will be available for inspection from 17,02,2010 to 03,03,2010 between 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours at IRCON’s camp site locations only to the purchasers of tender document.
