1.
Geological survey of Ethiopia invites sealed bids from
interested eligible bidders for the purchase of spare part for rigs
and related machineries
2.
the bid document shall be obtained from our procurement
office room No. 214against payment of non-non refundable fee of birr
30 during office hours upon presentation of registration certificate
from the federal ministry of finance and economic development,
clearance from inland Revenue Administration, renewed trade license
for the current year and VAT registration certification.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at
the office of the survey’s procurement office Room No.213, p.o.box

The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of birr 5,000in the
form of bank Guarantee or Cashier’s payment order (c.p.o)

Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes
6.
Technical envelope 2. Financial envelope each having one
original and one copy.
7.
All eligibility certificate cited in no. 2 should be found in
the original technical envelope, and are placed in the tender box on
or before the final bid submission date.
8.
Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this
purpose on or before 10:00a.m. Local time in the presence of bidders
and/or their official representatives.
9.
Geological survey of Ethiopia reserved the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
