(JHSC) invites sealed bid document from eligible bidders for supply
of student’s cafeteria food supplies:
Lot I: Cereals and other Edible
Lot II: Vegetables and other edible item
Lot III: Milk and Meat
Lot IV: Bread
Bidding document may be purchased at Jijiga Health Science
College (JHSC) Room No. Two (2) upon payment for a non-refundable
birr 100 one hundred birr) within 7 days of the first appearance of
this announcement during the normal working hours.
Bidders are require to present their renewed licensees for
year 2001 E.C., VAT registration certificate and Taxpayer
Identification Number (TIN)
All bidders must be accompanied by a bid bound of 1% of the
total price of the bid, in the form of insurance, Bank guarantee or
C.P.O. Before the closing date.
Bid shall be submitted to Jijiga Health Science College
(JHSC), between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on or before the last 7th
date after announcement.
bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities
shall be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend
or their legal representatives on 7th date after announcement at
Regional meeting Hall ,10:00 a.m. local time with regional
procurement committee. if that day is not working day the bid shall
be opened on the next day at the same time.
bid shall be valid for period of (7) days after bid opening .if bids
received after the closing time/date will be automatically rejected.
