1. Oromia
Information and Public Relations Bureau (OIPRB) invites all
interested eligible local bidders who have good experience for the
supply of different non-Linear TV production Equipments with
accessories.
2. The
Bidder shall compute for the supply of full equipments and services.
3. Bidders
can obtain further information from our Bureau located at Bole Road,
Oromia Regional State Office, 9th floor, during office
hours.
4. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee of a certified cheque
(CPO).
5. A
complete set of Bidding document can be purchased from our Bureau
upon presentation of renewed relevant license, registration for VAT,
Tax Identification Number (TIN), registration card issued from
Ministry of Finance & Economic Development together with written
application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty
Birr) only. The Bids must be received at Oromia Information and
Public Relations Bureau till 14 March 2002 E.C. until 4:00 A.M. and opened at 4:30 A.M. local time. Offer received after the closing time will be automatically
rejected and returned unopened.
6. Bidders
should submit Technical and Financial proposal (one original and one
copy for technical and one original and one copy for financial)
separately in a wax-sealed envelope.
7. Bids
received in time and fulfilling all formalities shall be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
4:30 A.M. local time on Mar. 14, 2002 E.C.
at OIPRB, Finfinnee (Addis Ababa).
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
