Sh. CO. “EPHARM” invites interested bidders to submit their sealed
bids for “the supply of various types of Plant Machineries &
Equipments.”
1. Interested
eligible bidder can collect tender documents from the Company Head
Office Purchasing Division against non-refundable cash payment of
Birr 200.00 during office hours.
2. A
bid bond of 2% is required to qualify for the tender. Wax-sealed
envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Epharm 01.09” should be
deposited in the tender box at Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing Sh. Co. or should arrive through mail before March 23,
2010 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
3. Bid
will be closed on March 23, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. local time will be opened on
March 23, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives.
4. EPHARM
reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annul the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of
contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or
bidders of the ground of the company’s action.
