Project loan/ credit number 4458 et/H395. ET
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant/Credit
from the International Development Association (IDA) and from the
International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the
cost of Pastoral Community Development Project (PCDP II), and it
intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Grant/ Credit to
payments under the contract for the supply of and installation of
Networking materials for MIS infrastructure to PCDP Offices.

Lot II Installation works of Network
materials for MIS Infrastructure.
Bidders not giving a technically
responsive offer for 100% of the items in a lot will be treated as
incomplete and rejected as non-responsive.

in accordance with the World Bank Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD
Loans & IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source
countries as defined in the Guidelines.
