Oromia Agricultural Research Institute (OARI)
1. The
Oromia Agricultural Research Institute invites wax-sealed bids for
eligible bidders for supply, delivery and install of green house at
Adami Tulu agricultural research center.
2. Domestic
suppliers are required to submit VAT, TIN Registration certificate,
and proof of their up to date registration certificate from Ministry
of Trade or other authorized Government body.
3. The
supply, delivery and Installation of all works shall be completed
within 90 calendar days from commencement of the works.
4. A

Institute Procurement, Finance & Property Management Process.

fee of Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr)
5. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 60 days after opening and must be
accompanied by Bid security of Birr 80,000 (Eight Thousand Birr).
6. Bid
shall be delivery to Oromia Agricultural Research Institute at or
before February 23, 2010, 10:00 A.M.
7. The
bid security shall be in the form of a Certified Payable Order, bank
guarantee established through authorized Bank in Ethiopia. Bid
security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid.
8. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M. in the Procurement, Finance & Property Management Process room in the
presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to
attend.
9. Bidders
may obtain further information concerning the bidding documents from
the above Address.
10. Bidders
are instructed to submit one original, one copy of their bid
documents & Bidders are instructed to fill, sign and seal all the
forms of the bid documents & all bids must include Value Added Tax
(VAT) on the summary of the bid price.
11. The
Oromia Agricultural Research Institute (OARI) reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
