St. Paul’s General Specialized
Hospital invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
construction of G+8 Maternity and Pediatric Hospital in its
compound. The invitation is for all National Contractors of
GC/BC-1 and above having.
Trade License and construction
service License valid for the year 2002 E.C.
Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development registration Certificate for the year 2002 E.C.
VAT registration certificate
1. Required
Service: Construction of
G+8 Maternity and Pediatric hospital Buildings based on the attached
design, specification and bill of quantities.
2. Bidders
can obtain the bidding documents from St. Paul’s General Specialized
Hospital, Property & General Service Division, Room No. 102, after
verified the license at Federal Ministry of Health Public Health
Infrastructure Directorate, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 2500.00 /Birr Two Thousand Five Hundred/.
3. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One
hundred thousand) from bank (CPO) or its equivalent in convertible
currency and submitted to the same office on or before 2:00 p.m. of
23rd February 2010. Bids will be opened on the same ate
at 2:30 p.m. at the same office in the presence of the bidders.
4. The
bidders shall seal the original and all copy of bid in two inner
envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” and writing the following address
on the envelope, St. Paul’s General Specialized
Hospital MPH construction.
5. Interested

6. The
Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
