complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from ORCE’s
Procurement Office No. 20 against non-refundable payment of the
amount in the table above, starting from the date of the 1st
appearance of this invitation notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
shall Prepare BID PROPOSAL IN TWO COPIES (ONE “ORIGINAL” & “ONE
PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL) in accordance with the following
Volumes Sealed SEPARATELY & shall submit in the wax-sealed
Volume I. Technical Proposal (One
original & One Photocopy of the Original Sealed Separately)
Volume II. Financial proposal (One
Original & One Photocopy of the Original Sealed One Original & One
Photocopy of the Original Sealed Separately)
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of certified check or CPO only.
Proposals (both Technical & Financial Proposal) shall be submitted
on/before the closing dates & times indicated in the table above.
Late bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
Proposal prepared by the Bidders shall be written in English
Roads Construction Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject
any all bids.
