Design competition
To: all national
consulting Architects and Engineers category V (five) and above
having:
Trade license
and consultancy service certificate valid for 2010 GC or 2002
Ethiopian calendar.
Registration
certificate from Ministry of finance and Economic Development valid
for 2010 GC or 2002 Ethiopian calendar.
1.
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society , east shoa zone branch now
invites sealed bid from eligible bidders:
To conduct
design competition to get competitive design for G+5mixed use
building to be built in Adama town.
To get
consultancy services on preparation of, final design work, working
drawings, and tender document.
For contract
administration of the construction.
More details for
the services are provided in the attached terms of reference.
2. A
compete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
edible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
ERCSn Oromia National Region Branch,Tel.251 11 440 59 83 or
84,P.O.Box 122637,Addis Ababa and upon payment of non-refundable fee
of birr 100 (one hundred birr) only.

Bidders may obtain further information from:

4. All
bids must be submitted to the ERCS, oromia National region Branch
office on or before the newspaper.
5. Bids
will be opened opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives who want to attend the ceremony on the
same day at 2:00 pm. in ERCS, Oromia National
region Branch office. if the the 30th days is not a working day,
than the bids will be submit and opened on the next working day
following same procedure.
6. The
ERCS, east shoa zone branch office reserves the right to reject any
or all bids.
