The Ministry
Justice /MoJ/ has under gone two projects; these are upgrading
prosecution Information System (PIS) and Studying National
Integrated Justice Information system (NIJIS).
The PIS is
currently under gonging its first phase i.e. the inception phase and
it will undergo all the major software development lie cycle phase.
But the system study process of the second project expected that
will start soon.
Therefore
Ministry of Justice needs consulting service on both projects for
the following each phase with care. Make sure that each phase is
performed efficiently complies with the standards, and are according
to what the contract dictates.
Ministry of
Justice now invites proposals to provide the consulting services
reference above. More detailed on the services required are provided
in the Term of Reference /TOR/, which may be collected by any
interested eligible bidder from the address mentioned below up on
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) in cash from
Room No. 015.
The Bid
invitation from advertised on newspaper with in 15 days it will be
closed at 5:00 p.m. & it will be opened in the presence of the
bidders or their representatives, at 10:30 a.m. local time at LLM
hall.
M.O.J. reserves
the right to accept or reject all or part of the BID formalities
with out assigning any reason.
