1.      The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Somali National Regional Government Bureau of Water, Mines an Energy Resources Development has planned to transport 403 Pcs 10M3 Fiber Glass Reservoirs in 403 Kebeles of the region.

2.      The Region now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the transportation of the above items in eight lots.

I.                   Degabur Zone (Lot I)

II.                Qorehy Zone (Lot II)

III.             Warder Zone (Lot III)

IV.              Gode Zone (Lot IV)

V.                 Fiq Zone (Lot V)

VI.              Liban Zone (Lot VI)

VII.           Liban Zone (Lot VII)

VIII.        Jijiga & Shinele Zones (Lot VIII)

3.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information form the office of:

4.      Bidders are required to present official application latter, currently renewed Trade License for 2002 Ethiopian Calendar year, and Tax payer Registration upon purchasing of the trade document.

5.      Bidding document may be obtained from the office mentioned above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 150 Birr.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the office under item 3 above, on or before 12:00 A.M. (local time), on the must be accompanied by a security of not less than 2% (Two percent) of the total bid price in the form of certified check or Bank Guarantee from a domestic reputable Bank.

7.      Wax-sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and qualification documents should be deliver to the above office 7 calendar days starting the announcement of this invitation on The Ethiopian Herald on or before 12:00 A.M. and no liability will be accepted for loss of late delivery.

8.      The Somali National Regional Government Bureau of Water, Mines and Energy Resources, Development reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and annul the bidding process.
