1. The
federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Maritime & transit services
Enterprise has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of
Management information system (MIS) project.
2. The
Procurement Service Enterprise on Behalf of Maritime & Transit
Service Enterprise now invites sealed bid from eligible and
qualified firms/Consultant (s) for the procurement of consultancy
services.
3. Bidding
will be conducted through the international competitive Bidding
(ICB) Procedures specified in the public procurement Agency, and is
open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the
Guidelines.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from the procurement service Enterprise at the address given below
form 8:30 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm 5:00 pm (local time).
5. A.
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders as of May 31,2010 Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 12:00
noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm on the submission of a written
application to the address below and upon payment of a non-
refundable fee for Birr 400 (four Hundred) or an equivalent amount
in a freely convertible currency the menthods of payment will be
cash or cashier’s check.
6. The
bidding documents will be sent by lst class mail for overseas
bidders who send Bank draft of Birr 600 (Six Hundred) or USD 60
(Sixty) or an equivalent amount amount in a freely convertible
currency in addition to the price of the document to the address
given below.
7. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:30 pm (local
will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the
address below at 2:30 pm (local time) on July 16,
2010.All bids must be or an equivalent amount in a freely
convertible currency.
8. The
purchase reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
