Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from

1. The
Tender remain floating from May 10, 2010, until May 31, 2010. Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Microwave Center/ in front of
Metrology/Room No. 201 during office hours from 8:30 am-4:00 pm upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr) for each
Tender . Bidders should submit their renewed original license & VAT
registration certificate with copies when they come t/o obtain the
bid documents.
2. The
Bond must be in either of the following form:
a) cash
b) Certified Cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c) Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
3. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit ETC’s Microwave Center /in front of Metrology/Office No. 007
and produce the receipts during the bid opening date.
4. Bidders
should prepare their offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box situated at ETC’s Microwave Center/in front of Metrology/2nd
floor Room No. 201 until May 31, 2010 before 5:00 pm.
5.
Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives ETC’s Microwave Center /in front of
Metrology/Room No. 008 June 01, 2010 as per the following schedule:
