Interested partners must be internationally or locally renown operators in the line of businesses they intend to engage with the public enterprises and must demonstrate evidence of:

      Having operated and managed at least for three years in the intended line of business

      A successful track record of expanding the line of business in a developing or developed country

    Sufficient technical, financial and management resources to grow the chosen enterprise and enhance shareholder value

      Proven export market network or outlet.
